Fully equipped modern kitchen with views over garden and opening out to patio. Dining table, double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, etc, etc...

3rd bedroom, located above kitchen on opposite side of house. Twin beds, TV, bedside lamps. No ensuite but shower room at bottom of staircase with shower cubicle, basin and WC.



 
Modern kitchen, fully equipped with electric double oven, ceramic induction hob, integrated dishwasher and washing machine. Table, chairs, tumble dryer,  microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle etc, etc. 3 steps lead up into lounge and back door opening directly onto enclosed patio.



 
Garden backed by woodland. Trees, shrubs, flower beds and large slightly sloping lawn. Lockable shed offering bike storage. Note, although the patio area is fully enclosed with gate opening out to garden,  the garden itself leads down to an unfenced stream
42" HD TV with Freeview, Blu Ray Player and Nintendo Wii. There is also a CD player with iPod dock and a selection of DVD's, books and board games.
Sorry but we do not allow dogs in Ty-Isaf, however we do allow dogs in Y Llofft.
