Welcome to Ty Isaf Holiday Accommodation – Tresaith – Wales
A stylish, contemporary holiday cottage set in a peaceful location just a half mile stroll to Tresaith’s blue flag beach. Offering a high standard of holiday accommodation with three comfortable and beautifully appointed bedrooms and spacious living accommodation. All accommodation, apart from bedroom 3, is on the ground floor, however due to the property being built on sloped ground there are a small number of steps into the property, between the lounge and kitchen and again from there up to bedrooms 1&2.
Bedroom 1: Large master bedroom decorated in a modern coastal style with luxurious super king bed, TV and luxurious en-suite shower room with large shower enclosure and rejuvenating rain shower head, basin and wc.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (can be arranged as super king if preferred), wall mounted TV/DVD player and en-suite bathroom with large bath in addition to shower over the bath, wc and basin.
Short flight of steps down from bedrooms 1&2 to the lower hallway shower room with wc and wash basin, stairs from lower hallway lead up to;
Bedroom 3: A cosy twin loft bedroom with sloping ceilings and TV, accessed via it’s own staircase from hallway. At the bottom of the staircase is a shower room, with WC.
Living room: Large, spacious, contemporary living room with beamed apex ceiling, oak flooring, modern wood burner and bifold doors onto hardwood decking. Comfortably furnished with 2 large upholstered sofas and a leather 2 seater sofa, large dining table, Freeview TV & DVD.
Kitchen/Diner: Modern white high gloss units, very well equipped with a double oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, tumbler dryer, dish washer and table seating 6.
Outside
Lounge bifold doors open directly onto decked area, leading down to large enclosed patio area, also accessible from kitchen and overlooking the garden. Large lawned garden backed by an unfenced stream and woodland beyond. Parking for 2 medium sized cars accessed via steep driveway.
All bookings require a non-refundable* deposit of 25%, payable by card through our secure online facility. By default bedroom 2 will be made up with twin beds, if you require them to be made up as a superking please specify on the booking form.
